A.		You’ll stay right on top of Kim and carefully supervise his work, calling him frequently to see what he’s working on.
B.		You’ll let Kim know that you’ll be asking selected customers about the timeliness and quality of his work.
C.		You’ll take a “wait and see” approach and listen to hear if anyone has any complaints about Kim’s work.
