FWA Training: Before You Begin
Before beginning this training there are some important prerequisites that will make the training more valuable for you. They are to:
read the
Flexible Work Arrangments (FWA) Guidelines
,
especially the telework section;
go through the
FWA Training for Managers and Employees
for valuable advice on how to use the FWA process;
complete one of the two FWA self-assessments that are in the FWA guidelines (either the
Employee FlexScreen™
or the
Manager FlexScreen™
) and,
complete the
Telework Self-Assessment
if you are an employee.
